ADOPT A VILLAGE
Help Uddaan Foundation is a Non-Profit Organization (NPO),
registered under Section-8 in India. We aim at providing employment and
employment needs to villages in India to end the increasing poverty. In
villages many people survive on less than Rs. 100 per day. They live without
financial tools and basic services which makes their lives better. Uddaan aims
to helping and overcoming these problems and making better lives. Uddaan
tackles such problems by market-based solutions, including microfinances and social
enterprises.
Problems
•
Individuals living in some of the world’s
most challenging economies have
been unbanked.

•
financial services, out of which 56 percent
are women.
•
More than 200 million micro, small and
medium-sized enterprises in emerging
•
economies, lack adequate financing and
struggle to grow.
•
Without access to financial services, the poor
struggle to start a business, to
•
afford their children’s education, to pay for
health care, to plan for the future
•
or to cope with unexpected emergencies.
Solutions

educate underprivileged children in villages
• To
provide community street light in villages for safety
• To
provide employment through various companies
What we
have done?
We have
donated approximately 5 sewing machines to women of the villages, Kundana and
Ekalbara.
We are also
supporting them by selling the clothes manufactured by them through flea
markets and our volunteers, which provides them sufficient income to meet their
needs.
We are also
supporting few children for education and also some people for medical help.
